Dear Charmers,
We gladly appreciate that you chose our store to meet you ultimate glam needs. In order to sucessfully get your glam to you please allow 4-25 days for shipping and  24/48 hours after you have made your purchase to receive a tracking number from your purchase. We are currently only serving the US due to high shipping cost and shipping restrictions. If there is a defect or problem with your purchse please send us a message under the "Contact Us" link and we will contact you back.
Please allow 24/48 hours for the owner to reply and help you with an issue. At this time there are no refunds unless your order is no longer in stock. If there is an issue with your product we will do all that we can to assure that your needs are met. If your package is lost or not received please email us to resolve the issue. We always send out a tracking number with every purchase once it is ready to be shipped. Be sure to fill out your email address and phone number correctly. Also, make sure you double check your address before submitting your purchase in order for your product to arrive as quickly as possible.
